Ok, first, you need to know what this virus is. I could tell you about it, but this video describes it better then I can.
Now, there are plenty of great free anti-virus softwares out there. My favorite by far is MalwareBytes. Download it for free here.
Spread the word about this virus! Send people here or to the above video. And, most importantly, DO NOT click on any links unless you know for sure that your friend is sending you something.
