Let's start off with the main scan feature. There are 2 modes to chose from. There is Experianced Mode (which is what I normally use) where you can pic and choose what you want scanned.
If you're not too proficient with computers and some of the options leave you scratching your head, then you can pick Simplified Mode, which picks the actions that will take place during the scan. It also displays the health of your system with a cute little smiley face.
Oh look! The program's happy to see you!
One neat feature is the ability to skip certain scans.
Now, let's take a look at the toolbox. One of my favorite tools is the Uninstaller. It will not only uninstall programs you no longer want, it gives you the option to scan for any files left behind by the program.
Another tool I love is the SmartRAM which optimizes the memory of your system. If you're a gamer like me, then you will LOVE the Game Booster Tool. (Unfortunately, you have to download it separately. This slightly lowers my score for this program)
The final tab we'll explore is the Turbo Boost.
This boosts the speed of your computer quite a bit. It alows you to customize various features, such as disabling Windows components that you don't need/use. WARNING: DO NOT CLICK ANYTHING IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!! Should go without saying, but.... You'd be surprised.
Overall, this program really is a useful utility. The only thing I don't like is having to download Game Boost seperately. If you are going to feature this tool, it should come with the overall package.
I give this program a 75% approval.
So, wanna give this program a try? Well, I'm going to tell you how to get the full version for free.
Before releasing the paid version, iOrbit releases Beta versions of their software. The awesome part is that you don't have to sign up to be a Beta tester. All you have to do is head over to MajorGeeks and download the program. That's it!
Until next time!
